Our Policies

Shipping

We do our best to get items out as quickly as possible. Sometimes it may take up to three to five days. If an item is on backorder, you will receive an email notifying you as such. Since we make everything we sell right here in our own machine shop, backorders rarely linger for any longer than five to ten days. You can cancel an order any time up until it has been shipped and receive a full refund.

Returns

We accept returns and issue full refunds up to 30 days from the date the item was shipped. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items beyond 30 days will incur a 15% restocking fee. In no case will a refund be issued for any item beyond 90 days from the shipping date.

Exceptions to our return policy are considered on a case-by-case basis, for example, if in our sole discretion we determined there were a failure due to workmanship or materials. See our Disclaimer (Warranty and Liability) below for more details.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if there are any problems with the return.

Once your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We use third-party secure payment processors (e.g. PayPal or Stripe) to manage payments and refunds and thus have no direct control over the amount of time it takes for the refund to appear in your bank account. My own personal experience with using these services is that it takes a few days. If you haven’t received your refund in three to five days then first contact your bank and then, if the issue is still not resolved, contact us at support@liveaxle4x4.com and we will look into it on our end.

Disclaimer (Warranty and Liability)

Due to the nature of our business, most products do not come with a warranty. That’s pretty typical of the racing and off-road aftermarket industries. If for any reason you felt our product did not hold up as expected, we would like to know about it. You can contact us at support@liveaxle4x4.com and we may consider issuing a replacement, or a full or partial refund, up to the original purchase price on a case-by-case basis if, in our sole discretion, we feel the failure was due to faulty materials or workmanship on our end.

Products that come with a warranty will include a warranty sheet that spells out the details of the warranty. In no case will monetary remuneration exceed the original purchase price.

All of our products are off road or racing products intended for off road use only. By purchasing and/or installing these products, you accept all liability for the operation and use of the product.
